In compliance with Chilean Law 21.719 on Personal Data Protection, we inform you that the entity responsible for processing your data is Prored Zona Norte Ltda. (hereinafter "ProredZN"), RUT 76681721-1, located at Simón Bolívar 202, Of. 606, Iquique, Chile. Additionally, we inform you that the Internal Data Processing Manager is the lawyer Cristóbal Palomer, whom you can contact for these purposes via email at cristobal.palomer@proredzn.com (indicating "Attn: Data Manager" in the subject line).

2. Data Collected and Purposes

ProredZN collects the minimum and necessary personal data through our digital channels for the following purposes:

  • Commercial Contact Form: Names, email, and phone number. Purpose: Management of inquiries, quotes, and B2B service provision.
  • Careers (Recruitment): Identification data, contact info, and resume (CV). Purpose: Profile evaluation and selection processes.
  • Ethics & Whistleblowing Channel: Identification data (when not anonymous) and report details. Purpose: Compliance with legal obligations (Karin Law, Crime Prevention Model).

3. Legal Basis for Processing

The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds, according to Law 21.719:
a) Explicit consent of the data subject when submitting data via forms or accepting our cookies.
b) Execution of pre-contractual or contractual measures for service inquiries and job applications.
c) Compliance with a legal obligation, strictly applicable to the Whistleblowing Channel and authority requests.

4. Recipients and Transfers

ProredZN does not sell or trade your personal data. Your data may only be shared with essential service providers (e.g., corporate hosting services and form platforms like Google Workspace) who act as data processors under strict security standards. No international data transfers are made outside of platforms with encrypted security standards.

5. Retention Periods

Data will only be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. CVs of unsuccessful candidates will be deleted from our records after a reasonable period, unless the data subject authorizes their retention for future vacancies. Commercial contact data will be kept as long as there is a legitimate interest or business relationship.

6. Exercise of your ARSOP Rights

As a data subject, Law 21.719 grants you the right to exercise, free of charge and at any time, your rights to:

  • (A) Access: Request information about what data of yours we process.
  • (R) Rectification: Request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • (S) Suppression (Deletion): Request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
  • (O) Opposition: Object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
  • (P) Portability: Request a copy of your data in a structured and readable format.

To exercise your ARSOP rights, you must send an email to cristobal.palomer@proredzn.com addressed to the Data Manager (lawyer Cristóbal Palomer), attaching a copy of your ID to verify ownership. We will respond to your request within the deadlines established by current legal regulations.
